How Do I Join The First Class Action Case?

Who can join the first class action against World Airways?

You can join the first class action case against World Airways litigation if:

1. You bought a ticket to travel on World Airways in the United States;
2. Any part of your trip was scheduled for the period between November 4, 2003 and January 31, 2004; and
3. You were unable to return on World Airways as scheduled or leave as scheduled due to World Airways discontinuation of flight service to Nigeria.

If you would like to join this action as a plaintiff you should:

1. Fill out the World Airways Litigation Questionnaire.
   
2. Fax the completed Questionnaire along with copies of your airline tickets to 718 379 6246.
