How Do I Join Second Class Action Case?

Who can join the second class action against World Airways?

You can join the second class action case against World Airways litigation if:

1. You bought a roundtrip ticket to travel on World Airways leaving from Nigeria;
2. You traveled to the United States on World Airways; and
3. You were unable to return on World Airways as scheduled due to World Airways discontinuation of flight service to Nigeria.
